There are some others, but I recommend one of the two packages above.

Navigate here : Downloads | EFB Items | Practice Areas
Download the KML file
This needs to be sent to ForeFlight. There are a few ways to do this.
If you download it on your device directly, you can "send" it to ForeFlight app
If you download on a mac or iPhone, you can AirDrop it to ForeFlight on your tablet.
In ForeFlight, choose the Custom Content option to save.
Now you can toggle it on or off in MAPS, under the LAYERS selection (usually last item in there)
